About a month after purchasing our first home we started having foundation issues. I started calling around to get someone to come look at the issues and get quotes, they either weren’t returning my calls or wouldn’t answer the phone and I was getting very overwhelmed. My husband found Mr. Foundations website so when I called I excepted the same service i had been getting but i was so wrong. They came out and examined the issues took pictures of everything that needed to be done explained everything where I could understand what was going on with the house and got us a quote the same day. From the first time I met Luke with Mr. Foundation he felt like a friend I knew forever. I hired Mr. Foundation to raise and stabilize the floor in the kitchen of our 120 year old home. Following renovation of our kitchen, my wife and I noticed settling likely resulting from the installation of heavy cabinets, stone countertops, and a large Sub Zero refrigerator. After surveying the entire crawl space, Mr. Foundation identified the specific areas of structural weakness and recommended installation of new steel girders with steel supports in two locations. The project was completed today, on time and on budget. The floors are again level with strong structural support that is built to last for another 120 years. Highly recommended!!

Luke and his crew did an excellent job installing helical piers to repair my home’s settling foundation! There were several stairstep cracks in the brick that closed back up once the foundation was raised to its original position. Highly recommend!
